What is ZaneHRA?

ZaneHRA™ is a robust web-based SaaS (software-as-a-service) platform that allows employers to manage personal health policies and provide real-time reimbursement of employee medical expenses.

ZaneHRA functions as a complete standalone health benefits program or as a supplement to an existing group health benefits plan.

1. Employers choose a monthly HRA allowance for each class of employees (e.g. $200/month for managers and $100/month for employees)
2. Employees choose their own personal health policies (most employees choose online or through their designated Licensed Benefits Consultant)
3. Employees submit claims to ZaneHRA online, via fax, or mail for their personal policy premium and/or other medical expenses
4. ZaneHRA automatically processes claims and directs employers to reimburse via check, payroll addition, or direct deposit.
