Signing up for Defined Contribution Employer Health Benefits is simple... 

  1. Choose a monthly allowance level for each class of employees
  2. Click the "Sign Up" button at the bottom of the page  and complete your plan design
  3. Print/email the Welcome Kits to your employees
  4. Employees choose personal policies
  5. Employees submit monthly claims for reimbursement
